(AFP/File) - A freshwater crab, Potamon fluviatile, walks in the ancient ruins of Trajan's Forum in Rome. A colony of freshwater crabs has lurked in canals built by the Etruscans nearly 3,000 years ago. The ancient ruins have provided the ideal habitat for the omnivorous crustacean, whose average size is much larger than its counterparts in lakes and rivers.(AFP/File/Christophe Simon)
